ATHLETIC ENHANCEMENT
Lake Country Racquet and Athletic Club offers training programs
specialized for sport-specific and / or cross-training preparation
for competition. All protocols are formulated using research-proven
principles and techniques to help you maximize results to improve athletically,
functionally and to become better equipped physically to prevent
injuries. Training is done either individually or in small group
formats to ensure all participants are receiving proper guidance.
Training includes:
- Season preparation programming
- Pre- and post-camp testing and assessments
- Small training groups
- In-season routines
- Injury prevention
- Speed, power, agility and flexibility
Athletic enhancement training is great for participants of all
ages. Let us help your tennis drill group, your preparation for
an upcoming triathlon, or your children get ready for the next sport
season of choice.

Travis
Buchholz, a personal trainer and North American Amateur
Kickboxing Champion, will teach the sessions. These programs
require a great deal of commitment and will include:
- Heavy bag, speed bag and pro-agility bag workouts
- Head movement
- Hand mitt workouts
- Foot movement
- Cardio
- Weight training
- No sparring
- No contact with other
boxers
- Fun, motivating body
workouts
These programs are for all ages. Kickboxing and boxing are new
and fun ways to get an excellent cardio workout.
